Most kitchens use a separate dairy supplier because their fruit and veg wholesaler cannot handle chilled lines properly. We can. Our warehouse runs dedicated chilled storage and our vans are temperature-controlled from door to door.

That means one delivery, one invoice, and one relationship for your fresh produce and your dairy. Less admin, fewer delivery slots to manage, and fewer vans blocking your loading bay in the morning.

We supply dairy to restaurants, hotels, pubs, cafes, delis, and contract caterers across London, Kent, and the South East. Whether you get through two litres of cream a week or two hundred, the quality and the cold chain are the same.

Milk, cream and butter

Whole, semi-skimmed, skimmed, Jersey milk. Single cream, double cream, clotted cream. Salted and unsalted butter in catering packs. Oat, soy, and almond alternatives.

Italian and speciality cheeses

Burrata, buffalo mozzarella, fior di latte, ricotta, mascarpone, Parmigiano-Reggiano, Grana Padano, pecorino. Sourced from importers we have worked with for years.

Yoghurt, eggs and extras

Greek yoghurt, natural yoghurt, creme fraiche, free-range eggs in trays. We match the brands and pack sizes your kitchen already uses.

Cold chain, not cold shoulder

  • Dairy is unforgiving. A broken cold chain does not just affect flavour — it is a food safety issue. Our chilled storage runs between 1 and 4 degrees. Our vans hold temperature from the warehouse to your kitchen. There is no ambient gap in between.

  • We check date codes before dispatch and rotate stock properly. If something arrives and it is not right — a seal is damaged, a date is too close — we replace it on the next drop. You should not have to chase your dairy supplier for a credit note.

  • Burrata and soft Italian cheeses need careful handling. We pack them separately, keep them upright, and deliver them in the condition you would expect if you picked them up yourself. Because that is how Giuseppe buys them.
